Our Founder, Jay Wilner
Founded in 2004, Out of Bounds is the second digital startup company for Jay Wilner, a data-driven former research chemist. Jay’s passion for e-commerce goes all the way back to the dot-com boom of the mid-1990s, when he was CEO and founder of Cephas, a venture capital-funded digital agency. Cephas was the first agency in the greater Kansas City area to build e-commerce sites, becoming one of IBM’s leading e-business partners in the ’90s.
